Deoria seizes 3,600 litres illegal diesel from SP leader’s home
Authorities in Deoria have recovered a large quantity of diesel from the residence of Samajwadi Party leader Veer Bahadur Yadav, totaling around 3,600 litres.
Officials said the fuel was allegedly stored in plastic drums at his house and suspected that it may have been intended for sale in the black market. They believe others could also be involved in the case.
Police are currently investigating the source of the diesel and whether more individuals are connected to the alleged activity. So far, no arrests have been confirmed.
Authorities have stated that strict action will be taken against anyone found violating rules related to the storage and sale of diesel. They emphasized that such violations will not be tolerated.
