Renault Begins Duster Hybrid Deliveries in Hyderabad

Renault India officially started customer deliveries of the new Duster Strong Hybrid E-Tech 160 across the country. The company handed over the very first unit to a customer in Hyderabad. This special event coincided with the inauguration of Renault’s new showroom in HITEC City. Spread across 7,000 square feet, the outlet serves as Renault’s largest retail facility in Hyderabad.
The automaker originally launched the new-generation Duster in India on October 17. Bookings poured in quickly from major metropolitan hubs. Hyderabad emerged as one of the top markets for hybrid SUV orders.
This SUV marks Renault’s first self-charging hybrid vehicle in the Indian market. Under the hood, the powertrain pairs a gasoline engine with electric motors. The system generates a combined power output of 160 PS. It delivers an impressive claimed fuel efficiency of 29 kilometers per liter.
Renault offers the vehicle in three distinct variants: Evolution, Techno, and Emotion. Prices start at introductory ex-showroom figures ranging from Rs 16.99 lakh to Rs 19.49 lakh. These introductory rates apply to all deliveries completed before December 31. The company already sold out its allocated hybrid production batch for the remainder of the year.
Buyers holding the special R Pass received priority during the first wave of vehicle handovers. Renault continues to expand its retail footprint actively across major Indian cities. Upgraded dealerships now feature modern digital tools and dedicated display zones. The brand aims to strengthen its local market share through these hybrid deliveries. Customer response to the new hybrid SUV remains overwhelmingly positive.
